When he shows up, he is super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain to us what chemicals he is using, how much he plans to use and even how the chemicals work. While other techs in the past have been very good at coming in and getting the job done effectively, he goes the extra mile in getting to know our family and shows genuine interest in his customers.
